Connex for Xero can sync orders from Xero into Infusionsoft. You can flag certain orders or send any new invoice.
Connex can sync orders from Xero to InfusionSoft. You must set-up a scheduled task with Connex and create some new orders in Xero.
How do I flag orders to sync?
By default, Connex will create a special rule saying all Xero orders must have a tracking of InfusionSoft. For more info, read this article.
Add an Order to Xero
In this example, tracking is off. If it's on, make sure you add your solution name to the order. Here are the steps:
- On the Connex configure page, scroll down to task settings.
- Check the box for sync orders from Xero.
- Click save and sync.
- Login to Xero.
- On the top menu, click accounts > sales.
- On the right, click new.
- Create an invoice.
Here is an example invoice in Xero.
In about 15 - 20 minutes, the order should sync. Check your transaction log by hovering over the gear > transaction log. If you want to export the order faster, go back to the configure page of Connex. Click save and sync.
