Why am I seeing Unknown Do Not Delete on my order?


Connexwill fill in unknown_do_not_delete when it receives products with names and no SKUs. With empty shipping methods, Cloud Cart Connector adds shipping as the method. To change these names, create product SKUs.

Unknown Do Not Delete and Shipping

Connex requires that each line item has a name, so our system enters a default value of unknown_do_not_delete when your product lacks an SKU. Each product from your online store should have a SKU. It can contain letters, numbers, spaces, or dashes. If your ordering solution says there is shipping and specifies no method, Cloud Cart Connector enters shipping as the name.
