Custom Fields Integration

Our of the box, we can map custom fields with Infusionsoft and QuickBooks, if the name is the same. For QuickBooks Online users, Cloud Cart Connector can map custom fields to custom fields. Our system can also map existing QuickBooks fields to matching fields in Infusionsoft.

You must have QuickBooks Online Plus. Go to the gear box > your account to verify your version. If you need to upgrade, click the upgrade tab.

ShipStation has 3 fields: Custom Field 1, Custom Field 2, and Custom Field 3. Follow the steps for QuickBooks Online custom fields above. The solution field name is the ShipStation field name without any spaces (CustomField1, CustomField2, or CustomField3.)

You must have WooCommerce 2.2 or higher to use custom fields. Your custom field names in QuickBooks must match the custom fields names in WooCommerce. This means that the custom field name must be lower case and any spaces must be replaced with a dash sign. So a field called Unit Number in WooCommerce must be called unit-number in QuickBooks Online. Note that the order of custom fields returned from WooCommerce must match the order in QuickBooks:

Mileage Mileage 2
