What information does support need from me to help answer my question?


Sometimes orders look different in QB than you expect. So we can best assist you, provide us this info:

  1. Send us a screenshot of the specific order from QB. We only need one example.
  2. Send us a screenshot of the order from your connection. 
  3. Send us the URL in your web browser, when you view the order.
  4. Point out what line in the QB order is incorrect.
  5. What should that line say?
  6. If there is a product matching issue, send us a screenshot of the product in QB. Double click on it and send us the details.
